01 / The Execution Layer
Digital intelligence has arrived.
Physical execution has not.
Every day, hundreds of millions of people use AI assistants to think through a problem, draft a plan, find a solution. The assistants are extraordinary. But when the conversation ends, the plan stays on the screen — and the user is left alone to find someone to execute it.
That gap is not a feature gap. It is a structural gap. No AI company will close it, because closing it requires accepting legal and operational liability for real-world human action — something no platform at scale is architecturally willing to do.
ViDo is the execution layer that was missing. The infrastructure that sits beneath the AI assistants people already use and transforms what they plan into what actually happens.
“The bottleneck was never the absence of competence. It was always the absence of coordination.” — Alberto De Marco, founder. Kyiv, February 2022.
02 / Who Needs This
For everyone
who has somewhere to be.
Think of the professional relocating to a new city who needs a trusted notary before the week is out. The business owner who needs an interpreter for a contract signing tomorrow morning. The freelancer who needs expert legal advice immediately and has no time to scroll through profile pages.
Or the entrepreneur with a brilliant idea and six weeks to prove it works, who needs a developer, a designer, and a market researcher — people who have done it before, who can be trusted, and who are available now.
ViDo is infrastructure for ambition, not just for emergency. It is for everyone who values their time, expects quality, and refuses to accept that getting something done well should depend on who you happen to know.
“The solution exists in every city. The infrastructure to connect need with competence — reliably, privately, and at the right moment — does not. That is what ViDo builds.”
03 / The Humanoids
You know how to do something
the world needs done.
Every city is full of people with extraordinary skills that are invisible to the people who need them most. A retired nurse. A young lawyer between jobs. An electrician with two free hours on Tuesday mornings. An engineer who arrived six months ago and cannot prove what she knows to anyone.
ViDo calls them Humanoids — not because they are mechanical, but because they are irreplaceable. They are the living tissue of urban competence that no algorithm can replace and no app has ever properly activated.
There are no profiles to optimise, no ratings to game, no visibility fees to pay. A professional who arrives in a new city does not start from invisibility: their verified history travels with them. Competence becomes a passport.
“We are not building a marketplace. We are building a protocol — one that makes every verified human operator findable by the person who needs them, at the moment they need them, without either party having to search.”
04 / For Institutions & Civil Society
The human layer
the smart city forgot.
Municipalities spend enormous sums routing citizen needs through agencies and institutional channels designed for a different era. Civil society associations struggle to coordinate volunteer competencies they cannot verify. Hospitals need flexible human capacity they cannot hire full-time.
ViDo is not an employer. It does not sell human capability — it sells the orchestration of verified human capabilities made available by platform users. For public administrations, ViDo functions as a verified human layer that connects institutional demand to civic supply — eliminating intermediary overhead and delivering services at a fraction of current cost.
“ViDo does not profit from the transactions between its users. This is not a phase. It is the architecture. The trust this commitment generates is the most valuable and most defensible asset the platform possesses.”
05 / Built for Free Societies
When institutions hold, ViDo coordinates.
When they fail, ViDo protects.
Liberal democracies are under pressure not seen since 1945. ViDo is built for free societies and is not available to any other kind. This is not a positioning statement. It is an architectural commitment.
In extraordinary conditions — war, pandemic, systemic attack — ViJutsu activates. Operational command passes to competent civil authorities. The verified Humanoid network becomes distributed civilian resilience: coordinated, deployable, and grounded in the same territorial trust it built in peacetime.
This is not theoretical. It is the direct extrapolation of what the founder did for over 400 days — coordinating continuous assistance for hundreds of Ukrainian civilians and refugees. And if invasion or regime change would repurpose ViDo's infrastructure against the people it was built to protect — a Vi protocol instance executes a complete and irreversible deletion of every record in the system.
“ViDo is built for free societies. It is not available to any other kind. This is not a dramatic gesture. It is a serious architectural commitment.”
06 / How It Actually Works
The user expresses a need.
Everything else is handled.
The user interacts with their AI assistant — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — as they always do. When a need for real-world human competence is identified, the assistant queries ViDo automatically.
The core matching engine applies the Proximity Rate — PxR. Not a distance metric: a trust ladder. At PxR 0, a mismatch costs the user time. At PxR 4, it can cost safety, health, or dignity. Each level applies progressively deeper verification: declared competence, AI-assessed fitness, geographic proximity, identity compatibility, insurance coverage.
The user reads a summary and confirms. The Humanoid receives a full briefing and is in motion. Payment transfers only upon confirmed execution. The entire process is designed to complete in under 120 seconds.
“The fear of professional visibility — of being findable by former clients, competitors, or institutions — is one of the most underestimated barriers in the competence economy. ViDo removes it by design, not by policy.”
07 / A System That Grows With You
Trust is earned.
Then it compounds.
ViDo's ten-level trust system is not a permission model. It is a career architecture — the first professional development framework built directly into a coordination platform.
At Level 0, you are a visitor. At Level 3, you are a field-validated Humanoid earning REPU through every completed intervention. At Level 4 — Sigma — you can design and publish packaged services and draw a revenue share from every deployment. At Levels 6, 7, and 8, you are managing territories and sitting at the governance table of a platform you helped build from the inside.
ViDo does not import leadership. It cultivates it. Every manager in the system is a Humanoid first. Authority in ViDo is not assigned. It is accumulated.
“What you have done is what you are. In a world where credentials are increasingly easy to fake and hard to verify, ViDo bets on something simpler: demonstrated performance, recorded permanently.”
08 / A Category of Its Own
Not a marketplace. Not an app.
A protocol.
Skill marketplaces rely on visibility to drive selection — systematically advantaging those who can afford to be visible. On-demand logistics platforms reduce human workers to interchangeable units. AI assistants are extraordinary planners that cannot act.
ViDo is something different: a coordination protocol that gives AI its hands, gives workers their dignity and portability, and gives users a guarantee no other system can provide.

09 / Why It Cannot Be Replicated
The moat is not technology.
It is trust, accumulated over time.
OpenAI and Google have the engineering capability to build something that looks like ViDo. They will not — because they are not architecturally willing to accept the legal and operational liability that comes with dispatching verified humans to physical emergencies in strangers' homes. ViDo is structurally built around that exposure.
The Vault — ViDo's dual-layer anonymised identity system — is patentable and novel. The PxR algorithm grows in demonstrated value with every intervention it powers. The Sigma Plan — the emergency coordination methodology developed over 400 days of real field operations — is a trade secret with direct dual-use value in the European civilian resilience landscape.
But the ultimate moat is the trust graph: the record of every completed intervention, every verified competence, every territory where the network achieved operational density. That record cannot be copied. It can only be built.
“The exit is not a risk scenario. It is a designed outcome. The trust graph, the territorial density, the IP portfolio, and the institutional relationships ViDo builds are precisely the assets that strategic acquirers will want to own.”

Share Your Competence
You are not applying for a job. You are inviting the infrastructure to understand what you can do — so that when someone needs it, the system finds you. Not your profile. Just your competence.
